Cold-drawn steel is a kind of steel bar under normal temperature. The purpose of cold-drawn steel is to increase the yield point strength of steel bar and save steel by forcibly stretching the steel bar to produce plastic deformation. Hot rolled steel is rolled by high temperature heating, its strength is not very high, but enough to meet our use, its plasticity, weldability is better, so we are more commonly used; cold rolled steel is ordinary hot rolled steel after strong drawing over strain hardening stage, its strength is high, but toughness, weldability is poor. It's hard and brittle. |
