| 冷加工钢筋 Cold worked steel bar 常见的品种：冷拉热轧钢筋、冷轧带肋钢筋和冷拔低碳钢丝。 Common varieties: cold drawn hot-rolled steel bar, cold-rolled ribbed steel bar and cold drawn low carbon steel wire. 1）冷拉热轧钢筋 1) Cold drawn hot rolled steel bar ①卸荷后立即重新拉伸，卸荷点成为新的屈服点，因此冷拉可使屈服点提高，材料变脆、屈服阶段缩短，塑性、韧性降低。 ① After unloading, the material is re stretched immediately, and the unloading point becomes a new yield point. Therefore, cold drawing can increase the yield point, shorten the yield stage, and reduce the plasticity and toughness. ②若卸荷后不立即重新拉伸，而是保持一定时间后重新拉伸，钢筋的屈服强度、抗拉强度进一步提高，而塑性、韧性继续降低，这种现象称为冷拉时效。 ② If the steel is not re stretched immediately after unloading, but re stretched after a certain period of time, the yield strength and tensile strength of the steel bar will be further improved, while the plasticity and toughness will continue to decrease, this phenomenon is called cold drawing aging. 2）冷轧带肋钢筋 2) Cold rolled ribbed bar ①具有强度高、握裹力强、节约钢材、质量稳定等优点。 ① It has the advantages of high strength, strong grip, steel saving and stable quality. ②冷轧带肋钢筋分为 CRB550、CRB650、CRB800、CRB970 四个牌号。 ② Cold rolled ribbed bars are divided into crb550, crb650, crb800 and crb970. 3）冷拔低碳钢丝 3) Cold drawn low carbon steel wire 冷拔低碳钢丝分为两级，甲级用于预应力混凝土结构构件中，乙级用于非预应力混凝土结构构件中。 Cold drawn low carbon steel wire is divided into two grades, Grade A is used in prestressed concrete structural members, and grade B is used in non prestressed concrete structural members. （3）热处理钢筋（带肋钢筋） (3) Heat treatment steel bar (ribbed steel bar) 热处理钢筋强度高，用材省，锚固性好，预应力稳定，主要用作预应力钢筋混凝土轨枕，也可以用于预应力混凝土板、吊车梁等构件。 The heat-treated steel bar has high strength, low material consumption, good anchorage and stable prestress. It is mainly used as prestressed reinforced concrete sleeper, as well as prestressed concrete slab, crane beam and other components. （4）预应力混凝土用钢丝 (4) Steel wire for prestressed concrete 按照加工状态分为冷拉钢丝和消除应力钢丝两类，消除应力钢丝的塑性比冷拉钢丝好。预应力混凝土用钢丝强度高，柔性好，适用于大跨度屋架、薄腹梁、吊车梁等大型构件的预应力结构。 According to the processing state, it can be divided into two categories: cold drawn steel wire and stress relieved steel wire. The steel wire for prestressed concrete has high strength and good flexibility, which is suitable for prestressed structure of large-span roof truss, thin web beam, crane beam and other large components. （5）预应力混凝土钢绞线 (5) Prestressed concrete steel strand 预应力混凝土用钢绞线强度高、柔性好，与混凝土黏结性能好，多用于大型屋架、薄腹梁、大跨度桥梁等大负荷的预应力混凝土结构。 The steel strand for prestressed concrete has high strength, good flexibility and good bonding performance with concrete. It is mostly used in large-scale roof truss, thin web beam, long-span bridge and other prestressed concrete structures with large load. |
