钢纤维的生产工艺中,主要问题是怎样有效的将纤维材料均匀的分散于混凝土内,避免纤维成团或密结。这与混凝土的投料次序有很大关系,一般应先将骨料与细集料进行干拌,然后加入已疏散的纤维材料,经搅拌均匀在加入水泥和水。若水泥和水加入过早,纤维吸水后,在水的表面张力和纤维之间的吸附力作用下,加之水泥的粘结作用,纤维结块成团,直接影响纤维的均匀性,这样会大大降低钢纤维的性能。 In the production process of steel fiber, the main problem is how to effectively distribute the fiber material evenly in concrete to avoid the agglomeration or densification of the fiber.
