1.强度和重量比值增大。这是钢纤维混凝土具有优越经济性的重要标志。 2.具有较高的抗拉、抗弯、抗剪和抗扭强度。在混凝土中掺入适量钢纤维,其抗拉强度提高25%~50%,抗弯强度提高40%~80%,抗剪强度提高50%~100%。 3.具有卓越的抗冲击性能。材料抵抗冲击或震动荷载作用的性能,称为冲击韧性,在通常的纤维掺量下,冲击抗压韧性可提高2~7倍,冲击抗弯、抗拉等韧性可提高几倍到几十倍。 4.收缩性能明显改善。在通常的纤维掺量高,钢纤维混凝土较一般混凝土的压缩值下降7%~9%。 5.抗疲劳性能显著提高。钢纤维混凝土的抗弯和抗压疲劳性能比普通混凝土皆有较大改良 6.耐久性能显著提高。钢纤维混凝土除抗渗性能与普通混凝土相比没有明显区别外,由于钢纤维混凝土抗裂性、整体性好,因此耐冻融性、耐热性、耐磨性、抗气蚀性和腐蚀性均有显著提高。 1.
