1. 机械拌合，设备与工具：强制式搅拌机、水桶磅秤、振动棒、工具锨、手推车等。

2. 施工用水量：钢纤维浇注料加水量应控制在7-8%，需用纯净饮用水。

3. 施工环境温度要求与控制：施工现场温度必须在10-25摄氏度之间，如施工现场温度低于10摄氏度需采用升温保暖措施即可施工。如施工现场温度高于30摄氏度，须采用必要降温措施方可施工。否则会造成本产品施工困难或性能下降，不易施工。

4.拌合：先将散装料与袋内小包倒入搅拌机中干混3-5分钟使之拌和均匀，按规定的加水量，准确称出每次拌合所需用水，倒入已拌合的干料中，充分搅拌，时间不少于1--3分钟，使之具有适宜的流动性。

5.注意事项：施工过程中所用工具如水假山制作 不锈钢铸件 铝箔真空袋 七孔梅花管 hdpe硅芯管 液压钢坝 PVC软管 飞行激光打标机 沥青保温泵桶、搅拌机、铁锨等必须预先清洗干净，不允许粘有脏物杂物，硅酸盐水泥等。施工用水必须用纯净的自来水，每次拌合量不宜过大，应根据搅拌机种类型号而定，施工过程中应谨慎用水量过大。
5. Precautions: the tools used in the construction process, such as buckets, mixers, shovels, etc., must be cleaned in advance, and dirt and sundries, Portland cement, etc. are not allowed to stick. The construction water must be pure tap water, and the mixing volume should not be too large each time, which should be determined according to the mixer type and model. During the construction process, it should be careful to use too much water.
