钢纤维浇注料拌合
拌合：
Mixing:
1. 机械拌合，设备与工具：强制式搅拌机、水桶磅秤、振动棒、工具锨、手推车等。

2. 施工用水量：钢纤维浇注料加水量应控制在7-8%，需用纯净饮用水。

3. 施工环境温度要求与控制：施工现场温度必须在10-25摄氏度之间，如施工现场温度低于10摄氏度需采用升温保暖措施即可施工。如施工现场温度高于30摄氏度，须采用必要降温措施方可施工。否则会造成本产品施工困难或性能下降，不易施工。

4.拌合：先将散装料与袋内小包倒入搅拌机中干混3-5分钟使之拌和均匀，按规定的加水量，准确称出每次拌合所需用水，倒入已拌合的干料中，充分搅拌，时间不少于1--3分钟，使之具有适宜的流动性。

5.注意事项：施工过程中所用工具如水桶、搅拌机、铁锨等必须预先清洗干净，不允许粘有脏物杂物，硅酸盐水泥等。施工用水必须用纯净的自来水，每次拌合量不宜过大，应根据搅拌机种类型号而定，施工过程中应谨慎用水量过大。
