使用钢纤维和道路的坚固性有什么联系?
钢纤维是国际上近年来发展很快的新型水泥基复合材料,以其优良的抗拉抗弯强度、阻裂限缩能力、耐冲击及优良的抗渗、抗冻性能而成功地应用于军事、水利、建筑、机场、公路等领域,目前它已成为研究较多、应用较广的水泥基复合材料之一。
Steel fiber is a new type of cement-based composite material developed rapidly in recent years. The results show that steel fiber is an effective way to improve the toughness, impact resistance and restrain the plastic shrinkage cracking of mortar. Because steel fibers are distributed in the concrete matrix, they can reduce the stress concentration at the end of cracks caused by loads in the concrete matrix, thus controlling the expansion of concrete cracks and improving the crack resistance of concrete. At the same time, concrete and steel fibers have strong interfacial bonding force. When loaded, the effect of steel fibers as a whole to resist loads significantly improves the original concrete. Tensile strength, flexural strength and elongation at break also improve the stiffness and bearing capacity of the structure. Damage and failure of steel fibers are very complex, and their fracture characteristics are closely related to the interaction of steel fibers at the end of concrete.
