钢纤维品种分为四大类,熔抽型、铣削型,冷轧带钢剪切型,钢丝切断型。熔抽型和铣削型由于生产过程中的高温,使得钢材退火变软,其单根纤维性能落后于母材,所以他们必须使用特殊的材料加以弥补（如熔抽型现在主要用于不锈钢纤维,铣削型现主要采用锰钢来弥补）。钢丝切断型是目前技术指标最高的钢纤维,但是其特殊生产工艺使得成本偏高。而我们主推的冷轧带钢剪切型钢纤维,是通过冷轧压延工艺使普通低碳钢抗拉强度达到850Mpa以上,由于我们在生产过程中不产生高温,不会使钢材退火。
