弯曲韧度是钢纤维喷射混凝土主要利用的性能,一般要求在设计中对于韧度方面要有明确的规定。目前国内隧道设计规范中对钢纤维喷射混凝土的韧度暂无规定,日本,韩国,及欧洲的规范中,对用于地下工程中的纤维喷射混凝土的弯曲韧度系数值大多规定在至少应达到68%以上。我国目前在隧道工程中的纤维喷射混凝土设计中应用的“弯曲韧度系数”值也大多在此范围。

wide market prospects. Flexural toughness is the main performance of
steel fiber shotcrete. It is generally required that the toughness
should be specified clearly in design. At present, there is no
regulation on the toughness of steel fiber shotcrete in domestic tunnel
design codes. In Japanese, Korean and European codes, the flexural
toughness coefficient of steel fiber shotcrete used in underground
engineering should be at least 68%. At present, "flexural toughness
coefficient" values applied in the design of fiber shotcrete in tunnel
engineering are mostly in this range.
