纤维在各类建筑工程中广泛应用
钢纤维以切断细钢丝法、冷轧带钢剪切、钢锭铣削或钢水快速冷凝法制成长径比,也就是纤维长度与其直径的比值,当纤维截面为非圆形时,采用换算等效截面圆面积的直径,为40~80的纤维,常见的冷拔钢丝拉伸强度为800-2000MPa、钢锭铣削法为700MPa.不管使用哪种钢纤维都是为了增强混凝土而生产的,在加入混凝土中进行搅拌,可以增加纤维和混凝土的界面粘结,纤维截面有不同的形状,常见的有矩形、锯齿形、弯月形等,可以大幅度提高混凝土的韧性和抗冲击性。
Steel fibers are grown by cutting fine steel wires, shearing cold rolled strips, milling ingots or rapid condensation of molten steel, i.e. the ratio of fiber length to its diameter. When the cross-section of the fibers is non-circular, the diameter of the equivalent cross-section circle area is converted to 40-80 fibers. The tensile strength of common cold drawn steel wires is 800-2000 MPa and steel ingots. Milling method is 700 MPa. No matter which kind of steel fiber is used to strengthen concrete, mixing in concrete can increase the interface bond between fiber and concrete. The cross section of fiber has different shapes. Rectangular, zigzag, meniscus and so on are common, which can greatly improve the toughness and impact resistance of concrete.

Steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) has high ability of anti-erosion and anti-cavitation, so it can be used in spillway, stilling pool, sluice floor and other parts to accept the effect of high-speed flow.
