优质钢纤维的优质标准是什么？
1.钢纤维的抗弯拆功能，钢纤维应能经受直径3㎜钢棒弯拆90°不断，每批次查验不少于10根；
1. Bending and disassembly resistance of steel fibers, steel fibers should be able to withstand bending and disassembly of steel rods with diameter of 3_90 degrees continuously, each batch of inspection not less than 10;
2.钢纤维的长度误差不该超越规范长度的10%，每批次最少随机检查10根以上；
2. the length error of steel fiber should not exceed 10% of the standard length, and at least 10 inspection for each batch.
3.杂质含量少，钢纤维外表不得有油污，不得镀有有害物质或影响钢纤维与混凝土粘接的杂质；
3. Low impurity content, no oil stain on the surface of steel fibers, no harmful substances plated or impurities affecting the bonding between steel fibers and concrete;
4.钢纤维的抗拉强度查验，需求其抗拉强度不低于380MPA；
4. the tensile strength test of steel fiber requires tensile strength of not less than 380MPA;
5.钢纤维的直径或等效直径合格率不得低于90%，可采纳分量法查验，每批次抽检100根，用天平称量，卡尺测其长度，需求得到的等效平均值满意规定。
5. The qualified rate of diameter or equivalent diameter of steel fibers shall not be less than 90%. Component method can be adopted to check 100 steel fibers in each batch. The length of steel fibers can be measured by balance and caliper. The requirement of equivalent average value is satisfied.
